You need someone to stop by on a regular basis and be sure that your home is in good shape.
Basic includes  emailed report within 48 hours.

INTERIOR
  • Check thermostat settings & adjust if necessary
  • Run faucets, garbage disposal & flush toilets
  • Check water heater for signs of leak
  • Check A/C unit--change filters if desired
  • Visual inspection for signs of pest infestation
  • Visual inspection for signs of mold and mildew
  • Open cabinets underneath sinks to check for leaks
  • Check refrigerator/freezer/ice maker
  • Check circuit breakers
  • Check phones for dial tones
  • Visual inspection of windows, seals and doors
  • Visual inspection of ceilings, walls for water stains
  • Check smoke detectors are functioning
  • Ensure doors/windows/sliders locked and secured
  • Make sure major items are secure (TV, appliances)
EXTERIOR
  • Check for packages, flyers and door hangers
  • Inspect pool color, water levels in SFH
  • Check irrigation system in SFH
  • Visual inspection of outdoor screens and windows
  • Examine gutters and downspouts in SFH
  • Check lawn appearance in SFH
  • Look for signs of vandalism or break-in
  • Make sure there is no trash around property
  • Check mailbox if desired
FEE SCHEDULE
  • No contracts
  • One-time setup charge $35 for inventory checklist /digital pictures
  • $48 for 1 Visit per Month
  • $80 for 2 Visits per Month
  • $160 for 4 Visits per Month
